He was predeceased by: his parents, Seba Shepard and Lillian Shepard (Stock); and his brothers, Norman, Lyle, Lloyd and Everett Shepard.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Dee Parker; his children, Shaun Shepard (Michelle), Niki Paollilo, Mike Powell (Connie) and Tina Owens; and his pets, Tucker and Hailey. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
The family suggests memorial contributions to the Alzheimer's Association.
