He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Witt and Cordie Witt (Bland); his brothers, Leslie and Doyle; and his sister-in-law Bonnie Witt (Dwain).
He is survived by: his wife Sis; his brother Dwain Witt; his sister-in-law Cleo Witt (Doyle); his brother Darl; his sister-in-law Bobbie Mays; his children, Scott Witt (Jana), Stacie Stutesman (Larry) and Terri Schaaf (Dusty); his grandchildren, Taylor Austin (Dayton), Tanner Witt, Tilar Witt, Brittany Toliver (Morgan), Alexa Schaaf, Kameron McKenzie (Ty), Reese Schaaf and Neely Schaaf; and his great grandchildren, Conlin Bush, Olivia Austin, Abigail Austin and Eleanor Austin. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
