He was predeceased by: his mother Joyce Koelliker (Moden). He is survived by: his father Terry Koelliker (Diana); his siblings, Dallas Koelliker, David Harrison, Carla Koelliker and Mellony Rucas; and his nieces and nephews, Heather, Chase Koelliker, Kelsey White, Wesley White, Holden White, Jason Rucas, Justin Rucas and Wendy Rucas.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to Heaton-Bowman-Smith-Sidenfaden Chapel at 3609 Frederick Blvd. St. Joseph, MO 64506 to defray the funeral expenses.
