He was predeceased by: his parents, Rosamond and Vern Boltz; his son Tony Boltz; his granddaughter Kaitlyn Wilson; his stepson Donald J. Wilson, Jr.; and his sisters, Verna Anderson and Gloria McCoun.
He is survived by: his wife Billie V. Boltz; his children, Derald Lee Boltz, Jr. and Jodi Gleason (Rod); his stepchildren, Diana Gregory, Terri Johnson and Kevin Wilson (Tammy); and his sister Karen Anderson. He is also survived by many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and numerous cousins.
The family suggests memorial contributions may be made to the American Cancer Society.
