She was predeceased by: her husband Randall Lee Shade; and her parents, Herbert Holt and Barbara Ellis. She is survived by: her children, Barbara Webber-Calhoun and Tyler Taylor; her stepson Josh Shade; and her grandchildren, Zayden, Blayke and Tyler. She is also survived by three granddaughters, another grandson, and four siblings.
Her family requests that memorials be made to the Debra Shade Memorial Fund in care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
