She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wright and Myrtle Maxine Dynes; her siblings, James E. Wright, Bonnie Sue Oliva-Tumlinson, Stella Wright and Sheila Dempsey; and her granddaughter Tiffany DeSpain.
She is survived by: her children, David Rix, Larry Miller of Atchison, KS and Mary Starr; her granddaughter Sheila Tittsworth (Michael) of Clarksdale, MO; and her brothers, Alvin "Bud" Wright and Jerry W. Wright (Carolyn) of California. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 34 great grandchildren, and 4 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Rupp Funeral Home (6054 Pryor Ave, St Joseph, MO 64504). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
