He was predeceased by: his parents, David Jack Sr. and Barbara Fattig (Cooper). He is survived by: his wife Michelle Marie Fattig; his children, Anthony of Cameron, Rebecca, Jessica Leighr (Tevye) of St. Joseph and Dominick (Mary) of Leavenworth, KS; his parents-in-law, Gordon and Mag Carmichael of St. Joseph; and his sister Candy Hoffmann (Kelly). He is also survived by two other sisters, and many nieces and nephews.
