He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Duncan and Margaruite Duncan (Zimmerman); and his wife Rosanna Smith. He is survived by: his sons, Douglas Duncan (Rhonda), Robert Duncan (Sandra) and Scott Duncan (Christine); his grandchildren, Drake Duncan, Baylor Duncan, James Fletcher II (Megan), Matthew Hines (Ryley), Amber Fletcher, Ashley Watson (Justin) and Danielle Lilly; and his nieces, Linda Barton (Mike) and Brenda Marriott (Chris). He is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
