He was predeceased by: his sons, Daniel and Roy E. Embrey (Butch); his stepdaughter Raea J. McDowell; his daughter-in-law Penny L. Embrey; and his former wife Joyce Embrey.
He is survived by: his children, Mark E. Embrey and Antonia Embrey (Toni); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn E. Embrey, Kyle D. Embrey, Roy E. Embrey Jr. (Butchie) and Chance Embrey-Farquhar; and his stepchildren, Joy Boller, Teresa Crossfield and Russell Wallace. He is also survived by numerous step-grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.
