He was predeceased by: his mother Roberta Cudworth. He is survived by: his father Leslie Cudworth; his wife Joan Cudworth; his children, Kayla Cudworth, Joseph Cudworth (Gaby) and Jewel Cudworth; his grandchildren, Landon and Theo; and his siblings, Carl Cudworth, Carol and Diane Cudworth.
