He was predeceased by: his parents, Eva Frances Borkowski, Sr. and Clarence Carl Borkowski, Sr.; his brothers, Clarence Carl "Junior" Borkowski, Jr. and Steven Cary Borkowski; and his brothers-in-law, Jere Buttimer and Robert Hebden.
He is survived by: his siblings, Mary Etta Laine (Robert), Nancy Buttimer, Cathy Hebden and Thomas Borkowski.
