He was predeceased by: Lina Johnson. He is survived by: his son Charles Jr.; his granddaughter Madison; his sons, Phillip Haynes (Jean) and Jason Harbord (Michele); his brother Pete Harbord; his nephew Richard Harbord; and his close friends, Chris Fagon and Gary Clouser.
