With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Casey Lamar Jackson Sr. of Saint Joseph, Missouri, born in Wetumpka, Alabama, who passed away on February 22, 2025 at the age of 53. Though Casey Lamar may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Casey Lamar touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. He was predeceased by: his father Rush Lewis; and his sister Patricia Jackson. He is survived by: his wife Myra Hallasgo; his mother Joyce Stewart of Wetumpka, AL; his children, Demetri Jackson (Hannah), Casey Jackson Jr. and Dashauna Jackson; and his siblings, Ronnie Jackson of St. Joseph, MO, Melissy Graves and Boris Stewart.
