He was predeceased by: his grandson Walker Johnston (Georgia). He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Johnston (Becky) and Brad Johnston (Rita); and his grandsons, Jackson and Samuel Johnston. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
