He was predeceased by: his parents, Hal Culver and Hattie Culver; and his sister Doris Keller. He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Hair Culver; his children, Matthew Culver (Ying) of Redding, CA, Beth McCauley (Jeff) of Overland Park, KS, Terri Henion (Steve), Tim Culver (Kim) of Napoleon, MO and Christy Cassels (Denver) of Denham Springs, LA; and his stepsons, Chuck Morse (Lynette) of Olathe, KS and James Morse (Leslie) of Overland Park, KS..
