He is survived by: his children, David Winger (Cindy) of St. Joseph, Marilyn Winger of Shawnee, KS, Galen Winger (Carolyn) of Dekalb and Linda Wolken (Tom) of Shawnee, KS; his grandchildren, Kristopher Winger, Ryan Winger (Alxia), Bryn Winger (Madison), Jarred Wolken (Samantha Goetting) and Brady Wolken; his daughter Joann Kapp (Meredith) of St. Joseph; his grandchildren, Brent Kapp (Marilyn), Denise Meyer (John) and Chad Kapp (Shanna); and his sisters, Darlene Orr of Branson, MO and Ruth Howard of Texas. He is also survived by numerous great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
