He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cecil Lloyd and Annie Lee Bailey; his brother Earnest Earl Lloyd; his stepfather Clarence Kalb; and his stepsiblings, Ronnie Kalb, Roberta Smith and Vicky Cummings.
He is survived by: his grandchildren, Makaela Diedrich (Tyler), Makenna Lloyd, Dillon, Austin Anderson, Tory, Madyson and Ethan Meiser; his wife Wanda Lloyd of St. James, MO; his children, Windle Lloyd Jr (Denise), Sandra Lloyd of St Louis, MO, Karen (Jeff Anderson) of Ballwin, MO and Brenda Meiser (Todd) of Bethalto, IL.; and his sisters, Sue Hance of Vichy, MO and Opal Ayers of Columbia, MO. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
