He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, William Charles "Bill" Wehmeyer and Elsie Wehmeyer (Workman); his former wife Linda Nelson of Sullivan; his wife Jenny Hancock Iten; his daughter Gwen Scaman; his stepchildren, Toby Iten, Timothy Iten and Tommi Iton; his grandchildren, Cole and Cale Iten; and his great grandchildren, Avery Iten and Amelia Iten. He was also cherished by three children.
