He is survived by: his children, Rachel Hogan of Corning, CA, Blake Simmons of Pawhuska, OK, Jacob Johnson of Pontiac, IL, Joshua Johnson of Pontiac, IL, Mason Johnson of St. Louis, MO and Jami Johnson of Chico, CA; and his brothers, James Johnson (Connie) of Lake and Bob Johnson of Massachusetts.
