He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin "Ed" and Naomi Matlock Haacke; and his sister Reba Haacke Auten. He is survived by: his significant other David Leroy Field of Longview; and his sisters, Jane Pilotte, June Pender, Ruth Durrett, Janet Douglas, Naomi Susie Amos and Lynda Barnett of St. James. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
