With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Virginia Ruth Watkins-Grohe of Saint James, Missouri, born in Fayetteville, Arkansas, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 8, 2024 at the age of 92. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Watkins and Juanita Watkins; and her former husband Charles F. Capen. She is survived by: her husband Heinrich Grohe of St. James, MO; her grandchildren, Rylie and Lyzzi Capen of Springfield, MO; and her sister Margret of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
In lieu of flowers, donations were suggested to Cuba Animal Shelter or to ASPCA in Gina's memory.
