He was predeceased by: his father Herschel Ezro. He is survived by: his wife Mary Belle Cox; his children, Robert Rinehart (Mary) of St. James, Marilyn Rhew (Mike) of Owasso, Barbara Soper (Neil) of St. James and Vicki Gorman (John) of St. James; his grandchildren, Shannon, Ben, Sarah, Emily and Erin; his great grandchildren, Gabe, Caleb, Morgan, Noah, Beth and Joel; his brothers, Martin Rinehart (Patty) of Rolla and James Rinehart of St. James; and his sisters-in-law, Betty Rinehart of St. James, Kathleen Rinehart of Cuba and Marlene Elrod (Lawrence) of Cuba. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Memorials may be given to the Oak Grove Cemetery and Veterans Assistance League.
