He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Williams and LuLu Williams; his siblings, Denver McCabe, Paul Williams, Floyd Williams, Gerald Williams, Willard Williams, Wilma Phillips, Christene Sanders, Oneita Sutherland and Moleane Bare; his daughter Deborah Williams; and his grandchild Shannon Williams.
He is survived by: his wife Sherely "Sug" Williams; his children, Steve Williams, Roy Williams (Shelly) and Sheila Williams; his grandchildren, Dione StLuka, Clinton Eugene Williams, Morgan Williams and John Roy Williams; and his sister Jewel Narramore.
