We are sad to announce that on December 9, 2023, at the age of 70, Roger Lyle Oakley of Saint James, Missouri passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Oakley and Margie Oakley (Knupp); his father-in-law Dan Wofford Sr.; his brother Ralph Oakley Jr.; and his brothers-in-law, Jim Bierman and Dan Wofford Jr..

He is survived by: his wife Sheila; his daughter Teal Biri (Mike) of Cape Girardeau; his mother-in-law Anna Wofford of Red Bird; his siblings, Mark Oakley (Cindy) of Tuscola, Ill., Diane Bierman (Suzie) of Tuscola, Connie Woolsey (Dan) of Champagne's Ill and Debbie Briggs (Marty) of Tuscola, Ill.; his brother-in-law Glenn Wofford (Tyke) of Red Bird; and his grandchildren, Kennady and Jake Biri. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
