He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank White and Leona White (Kuhn); and his brother Richard White. He is survived by: his wife B. Jean White; his children, Robert White (Debbie) of St Louis, Michael White (Susan) of St James, Jeff Sulmar (Angie) of Arnold, Sandra Attey of St Louis and Darcy Kaiser (Alan) of Utah; and his grandchildren, Jason, Vanessa, Nathan, Adam, Paul, Daniel and Corey. He is also survived by other relatives and many friends.
