He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Watkins and Christine Munzert Watkins; his parents-in-law, Lorraine Chilton and Marvin Chilton; his siblings, Sam Watkins, Kenny Stevens and Sandra Watkins; and his siblings-in-law, Warren Forness, Richard Chilton and Mary Etta Blackburn.
He is survived by: his wife Jean Chilton of St. James, MO; his children, John Watkins (Debbie) of St. James, MO, Tammy Terrill (Mike) of St. James, MO and Robin Hutto (Dale) of Troy, MO; his grandchildren, Travis Terrill (Cheryl), Blake Terrill (Amanda), Alyssa Schweiss (Cameron), Justin Lorts (Kristin), Dylan Lorts (Courtney), John Terrill (Sara) and Levi Hutto; his sisters, Barbara Watkins of Rolla, MO and Sharon Forness of Rolla, MO; and his siblings-in-law, Debbie Scudder (John), Sharon Tennyson (Jerry), Donna Bruns (Matt), Larry Chilton (Judy) and Dale Chilton (Laura). He is also survived by 16 great grandchildren.
