He is survived by: his former wife Debra Yount McGhee; his children, Ashley Smashey (Emory III), Robert Benjamin Karlinski and Samuel Karlinski; his grandchildren, Taylor, Emily, Hayleigh and Callie Smashey; his great grandchildren, Carter O'Rourke and Cameron Smashey; his brother Robert Jordan Karlinksi; his children, Jordan Karlinski (Jamie), Haden Karlinski and Joseph Karlinski; his sister Jamie Hall (Heath); and his nieces and nephews, Savannah Harris (Keaton), Boston Hall, Bronx Hall and Jackson Hall.
