Peggy Moutray Obituary

We are sad to announce that on October 11, 2020, at the age of 85, Peggy Moutray of Saint James, Missouri, born in Linn, Missouri passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Peggy Moutray to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her father Bill; her husbands, Sherman L Roark and Everett E. Moutray; and her siblings, Verlin Owens, Richard Owens, Patrick Owens, Roger Taylor, Don Taylor, Shirley Hicks and JoAnn Hoy.

She is survived by: her children, Dale Roark (Debby) of St. James, Diana Whiteside (Rick) of St James, Shannon Roark (Melissa) of St. James and Shanna Declue of St. James. She is also survived by 10 beautiful grandchildren and 9 wonderful great-grandchildren along with many adopted family members.
