He is survived by: his mother Priscilla Munukka (Jackson) of Clarendon, VT; his wife Stacey Ingalls of St James, MO; his children, Preston Ingalls of Springfield, MO and Alexis Hoague of Hinsdale, NH; his stepson Jeffrey Stull of St. James, MO; and his sisters, Kelly Simonds (Frank Sr.) of Hartville, MO and Paula McFadden (Brian) of Springfield, VT. He is also survived by many nephews, nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.
