She was predeceased by: her parents, Jesse Bagwell and Christina Sewell Bagwell; her husband Raymond Lewis; her son-in-law Leroy Ash; her brother Richard Bagwell; and her nephew Kevin Wycoff.
She is survived by: her children, Randall S. Lewis (Mary) of Cuba, Lana Jean Marcotte (Joe) of Russellville, Arkansas and Charla Ash of Baton Rouge, Louisana; and her sister Gracie Wycoff of St. James. She is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
