He is survived by: his wife Bobbie Coffman of St. James; his children, Clay Coffman of St. James and Carri Sullens (Timothy) of Burbank, California.; his siblings, Charles Lavern Coffman, Catherine Wagner, Louise Heck, Margaret Risenhoover, Donna Wissman and Wanda Starbeck; his daughter-in-law Melissa Middleton; and his grandchildren, Jake Coffman, Eleanor Sullens, Harper Sullens, Seth Sobba, Julia King, Josie Sutherly and Emma King.

Memorials may be given to the Lick Creek Cemetery.
