He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur and Myrtle; and his brother Roger Southard. He is survived by: his siblings, Karen Cochran, LaDonna Southard of Kansas City, MO, Verlee Foust of St. James, MO and Sharon Webster (Dan) of Cuba, MO.; his children, Denise Chew (Frankie) of Hendersonville, Shawn Southard (Erica) of Mount Airy and Melissia Sorrells (Jeremy) of Calhoon, Georgia.; and his grandchildren, Hailey Chew, Hannah Chew, Jasmyn Chew, Kristin Golden, Kameron Southard, Jayden Sorrells and Lailee Sorrells.
