He was predeceased by: his parents, Samuel Edward and Thelma Inez Wools Underwood. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Ann Norris; his sons, Randy Underwood (Joyce) of St. James and Gary Underwood (Debi) of St. James; and his grandchildren, Lee Gardiner and Mario Ramirez. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
