She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Valentine and Estelle Elizabeth Balling (Hassett); her husband James F Agnew Sr.; her son James F Agnew Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy, Marie, Theola and Donald.

She is survived by: her children, Christine Crandell (Robert) of St. Charles, MO, Scott Agnew (Martha) of Dothan, AL and Cyndi Salter (Mike) of St. James, MO; her grandchildren, Courtney Crandell (Andy Hine), Allison Agnew, Dylan Salter (Katlyn Branstetter) and Hanna Salter; her siblings, Dale Balling and Mildred Strasser; and her great grandchildren, Colin Callahan, Mallory Callahan and Ainslee Agnew.
