It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Kathryn Cecelia (Frederick) Manley of Saint James, Missouri, born in Saint Louis, Missouri, who passed away on September 1, 2022, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Douglas Frederick and Lillian Lee Frederick; her grandchildren, Payton Manley and Douglas Manley; and her siblings, Walter Frederick and Dorothy Richardson.
She is survived by: her boyfriend John Eisenhart of New Haven, MO; her children, Raymond Manley of St. Clair, MO, Harold Manley (Misty Hinni) of Union, MO and Shirley Manley (Deacon Chrisman) of St. Clair, MO; her siblings, Johnny Frederick (Tammy) of Villa Ridge, MO, Frankie Frederick (Tina) of Union, MO, Stella Voyles of St. Louis, MO and Folina Mayfield (Dwayne) of Villa Ridge, MO; and her son-in-law Robert Ennis of St. Louis, MO. She is also survived by five grandchildren, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews, cousins and many friends.
