He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Rice and Ruth Margaret Rice (Peterson). He is survived by: his wife Anna Rice (Eads) of St. James, MO; his children, Louis William Watkins of Edgar Springs, MO and Sally Ann Watkins of St. James, MO; his sisters, Karen Zuege of Council Grove, KS and Linda Burke of Laredo, TX; and his grandson Colton Watkins. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
