Jean Alice Crafton Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jean Alice Crafton of Saint James, Missouri, who passed away on October 31, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Smallwood, Sr. and Alice Smallwood (Burton); her husband Jack Crafton; her son Michael Crafton; and her brothers, Richard "Dick" Smallwood and Charles Terrell Smallwood.
She is survived by: her daughters, Jennifer Thompson (Shawn) of Jefferson City and Janet Creek (Jerry) of Salem, Missouri; her sister-in-law Marilyn Schwartze (Norbert) of St. James, Missouri; and her grandchildren, Sydney, Shawn Michael, Hannah, Tripp, Katie, Jacob and Danton.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting donation be made to the Jean Crafton Scholarship. Donations may be made at Phelps County Bank or mailed to Phelps County Bank, C/O Jean Crafton Scholarship, 220 N. Jefferson St., St. James, Missouri, 65559.
