It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Janice Arlene Dvorak (Saint James, Missouri), born in Ellinwood, Kansas, who passed away on February 3, 2020, at the age of 79, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Melvin Richardson and Doretta Richardson (Small); and her son James Dvorak. She is survived by: her husband Joseph Warren Dvorak; her children, Joseph Dvorak Jr. of Salem, MO, Janelle Worthen of Birchtree, MO, Jerry Dvorak of Miami, OK, Jeffery Dvorak (Michele) of Rolla, MO and Jason Dvorak (Nancy) of Hiawatha, KS; and her sister Virginia "Ginger" Thomas of Ellinwood, KS. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren; other extended family members and dear friends.
