He is survived by: his sons, Rick Miller (Debbie) of Rolla, MO and Robert Miller (Diane) of Tampa, FL; his grandchildren, Nathan Miller (Nicole), Josh Miller (Shandy), Elyssa Dancy (Tony) and Serena Thompson'; and his great grandchildren, Delainee Adams and Bennett Miller. He is also survived by nephews, nieces, extended family and friends.
