He was predeceased by: his parents, Herman Oliver and Hazel Mae Gibson (Hammack); and his siblings, Hazel Gibson and Charles. He is survived by: his wife Virginia "Eileen" Gibson of Virginia; his children, James Mason Gibson Carey (Sandy) of St. Clair Shores, MI, Jesse Gibson (Stacy) of St. James, MO and Frank Gibson of Salem, MO; his grandchildren, Ashley Carey (Austin Elya), Ethan Gibson, Amanda Carey (Jason Shiroda), Tyler Murphy (Erica), Alex Gibson Carey (Gaby Hoffman), Dyllan Gibson (Kate Campbell) and Garrett Gibson (Ashlyn Parrott); and his great grandchild Grayson Gibson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
