She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Beeman and Minnie Carter Beeman; her husband Ben L. McIntosh; and her siblings, Clarence, Alfred, Jim Beeman, Olive Isgrig, Lena Breuer and Gladys Crain.

She is survived by: her children, Bryan McIntosh (Kathleen) of St. Charles, MO and Joy Hicks (Dennis) of St. James, MO; her grandchildren, Erica Bailey, Justin Sanford and Benjamin Sanford; and her great grandchildren, Keylee, Kynzlie and Kaleb.
