He was predeceased by: his parents, Willard J. Mendenhall and Margaret M. Lynch. He is survived by: his wife Terri Doralea Ipock of St. James; his sons, Gary David Mendenhall, Jr. (Tonia) of St. James and Cary Daniel Mendenhall (Erin) of St. James; his siblings, Lindell Mendenhall (Sandra) of Rolla, MO and Janet Estes of House Springs, MO; his sister-in-law Teresa Acord (Jim) of Eminence, MO.; and his grandchildren, Ashlee, Dalton, Cash and Blaine. He is also survived by six nephews and three nieces, many great-nieces and nephews that he loved dearly, as well as several friends.
