She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Tinsley and Dollie Tinsley; her stepfather Ferdinand Haas; her husbands, Edwin Sachs and Frank Adam; her sisters, Lois Haas and Louise Fink; and her stepsons, Glenn Adam Sr. and Frank Adam Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Rita Tiedt (Leonard) of Cedar Rapids, IA and Alan Sachs (Lisa) of St. James, MO; her stepdaughters, Jan O'Hanlon (Tom), Linda Adam and Faye Adam (Terri); her siblings, Eva Fink, Linda Light and Jerry Haas (Elaine); and her grandchildren, Melissa Carstens (Matthew), Noelle Madden (Andy), Erin Crawford (Brad), Maurine Huber and John Sachs (Kate). She is also survived by 10 great grandchildren; 11 nieces and nephews; as well as many great nieces and nephews.
