She was predeceased by : her parents, Charles Moeslein and Emilie Moeslein (Hoehne); her former life partner Kenneth A. Burch Sr.; her husband Clayton Eugene Watters; her son Steve Burch; and her siblings, Ed Moeslein, James Moeslein and Gladys Abernathy.
She is survived by : her children, Kenneth A. Burch (Jan) of St. James, MO, Lawrence Burch (Gloria) of Maryville, IL, Daniel Burch (Amy) of Spicewood, TX, Susan Wood (John) of Port St and Emily Parsell (Barry); her stepchildren, Clay Watters (Bobbie) of Couroe, TX, Toni Moore (Bill) and Greg Watters (Cindy); and her brothers, Charles Moeslein (Pat) of Newmelle, MO and David Moeslein of St. James, MO. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 24 great-grandchildren and 6 step-grandchildren.
