He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Phillips and Iva Jane Phillips (Robertson); and his great grandchild Serenity. He is survived by: his wife Janet Phillips of Washington; his daughters, Tracey Landwehr (Brad) and Andrea Thomas (Jason); his grandchildren, Emily Landwehr, Marissa Carr (Jeremy), Emma and Ian Thomas; his great grandchildren, Brayden and Brantley; and his sisters, Donna Ridenhour, Linda Hafley, Brenda Lehnoff and Audrey Brown.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Missouri Veteran's Home in St. James designated for the Special Care Unit.
