He is survived by: his spouse Miss Alice Brooks; his children, Donald Paul Hayes Jr. of St. James, MO, Melissa Hayes of St. James, MO and Dale Hayes of St. James, MO; and his grandchildren, David Banks, Carley Jett, Justin Lonergan, Kristin Lonergan and Jarrod Lonergan. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends.
