It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Debbie Ann Burke of Saint James, Missouri, born in Columbia, Missouri, who passed away on February 9, 2025, at the age of 56, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Lee Morris and Faye Ann Morris; her husband Michael Burke; and her mother-in-law LaVerna Quinton. She is survived by: her son Kegan Burke (Alanna) of St. James, MO; her brothers, Bobby Morris of St. James, MO and Scott Morris of St. James, MO; her siblings-in-law, Mitchell Burke of Kansas City, MO and Michelle Hembree (Edmond Tapero) of Yavne, Israel; her father-in-law Jim Quinton of Cuba, MO; her grandchildren, Kynnadie Burke of St. James, MO, Liam Burke of St. James, MO, Braydn, Baylee, Blake, Gunnar, Wesley, Millie, Emmett, Ryker and Ethan; her nieces, Brittany Palmer, Lacie Kamper and Hunter Morris; her nephew Colton Morris; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Bryer, Boone and Baby Kamper. She is also survived by many other children adopted out of love; cousins and many friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Hutson Funeral Home (407 S Franklin St, Cuba, MO 65453). A funeral service was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 at the Steelville Cemetery (48 Church St, Steelville, MO 65565).
