He is survived by: his siblings, Bill Rush (Loretta) of Bismark, ND, Donald Rush (Donna) of Hazelwood, MO and Shirley Cochran (Jim) of Perryville, MO; and his sister-in-law Linda Rush of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and extended family.
