He was predeceased by: his father Joseph Johnny Maxwell; and his siblings, Leroy Eugene Maxwell, Joann Gann and Maxine Gaddy. He is survived by: his son Johnny Maxwell (Leigh) of Rolla, MO; his grandchildren, Catherine "Brooke" Maxwell and David Joseph "Gage" Maxwell; and his siblings, Howard Maxwell of Rolla, MO, Larry Maxwell (Cindy) of Rolla, MO, Wilma Arthur of Rolla, MO and Joyce Miers-Cowling of Rolla, MO. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
