He is survived by: his parents, Alan Mayberry of Owensville, Missouri and Mary Evon Briley (Keele) of Big Sandy, Tennessee; his wife Julie Mayberry of St. James, Missouri; his sons, David Lowell Mayberry, Blake Alan Mayberry and Gunner James "Sparkplug" Mayberry of St. James, Missouri; his sister Hessie Pierpoint of Big Sandy, Tennessee; his half-sister Dorothy Mayberry of Owensville, Missouri; and his stepsister Tracey Turner of Bland, Missouri. He is also survived by aunts; uncles; nieces; and nephews.
